Less than two weeks ago, the production of the SelfClean kiosk – a self-service, non-contact hand disinfection device – was launched at the Selfmaker headquarters in Łódź. Thanks to its small dimensions and, at the same time, a stable structure, it can be successfully installed in both small retail outlets or service points, as well as large-area ones. The offer has already attracted large chains from Poland, Spain, France, as well as smaller ones from Eastern Europe.
– We decided to support the market with what we do best – by providing a self-service kiosk, but this time not checkout or service kiosk, but one for hand disinfection – says Marek Wieteska, CEO of Selfmaker. SelfClean has been developed with a wide range of applications in the retail, horeca and even fitness industries in mind. The kiosk has a large cavity for disinfecting both hands and an automatically dispensed liquid, which minimizes the need to touch any surfaces during disinfection.
– In just a few days, we designed a prototype and tested it. The situation is dynamic and we are trying to adapt to the needs of the market. We also decided that since we have sufficient resources to be able to provide such protection for clients from all over Europe, we have no choice but to act quickly – adds Wieteska.
SelfClean is a proprietary kiosk developed by engineers who work at Selfmaker – a Polish company from Łódź. SelfMaker produces self-service devices for over 30 corporate clients throughout Europe. The first SelfCleans will appear in stores at the end of April.
